We really enjoyed breakfast and the location of the property. The best quality of the stay was the staff! Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and they always take time to chat with you and share recs for what to do. We didnt get to know all their names except Emi (not sure how to spell the name), but all the guys are great! I highly recommend it!

Excellent location, 3 min on foot to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque, 5 mins to Grand Bazaar and 15 mins to Suleymaniye Mosque. T1 tram line very close, so you can get over the Golden Horn to Karakoy and its cafes and sites in no time at all. Very convenient to just walk on foot through the old city, plethora of places to eat or to have a coffee or a tea. Personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. Ask them anything, and they will help you around the city, with the transfers or literally everything. It was our second stay in the hotel and it will definitely not be our last :) Natali cooks very good breakfasts; they are served in the lobby during the cold season and on the roof during summer. Both options are nice, and the food tastes like home-made. They don't serve dinner in the Albatros Hotel, so we recommend the 'Sefa restorant', 3 mins up the street - great quality, fresh food and no exorbitant prices :)

Perfect location with most attractions within walking distance. Good value for money. Very clean. Excellent customer service. My special thanks to Kamuran (Manager), Dimitri, Zahra, Amira and Rajhat. All of them went an extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. The Manager was very kind to arrange coffee for us at 6:00 am as we had an early flight out of Istanbul.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. The location of the hotel is exceptional and is walking distance from landmarks like Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Sarayi, Basilca Cistern and Blue mosque. Similarly Grand bazar and Spice bazar are 15-20 minutes by walk. You can also walk to the SirKeci area to eat and you can also walk further to Eminonu area. The Albatros Hagia Sophia Hotel rooms, breakfast and staff are very good. The cleaning in the rooms and toilet was prefect.

Location is excellent, walking distante of mais attractions and good restaurants. The oroom is not huge but big enough. Breakfast simple. We asked for transfers to/from the airport and it worked perfectly.

The hotel is located near to all main Istanbul attractions. The view from the terrace is amazingly 360, however during our stay the terrace is under renovation but accessible for viewing. The staffs are helpful to ready to assist with all your luggage. In case your flight is afternoon (after the check-out), they have luggage store next to the reception and you can store your luggage while roaming around.

This hotel is located within 5-7 minites of walking distance from main attractions of Istanbul. Plus good quality restaurants, cafe and shops are all located in this area. The hotel Staff, especially the manager is very helpful. You can ask any question/Advise and he is ready to help you. For a future Istanbul trip, I will not hesitate to stay again in this hotel.

The hotel staff was very good and helpful. The hotel is located at an excellent spot few minutes away from Ayasofia and Blue Mosque. It has very easy access to the public transport.

Nice and helpful staff (as usual in Turkiye) very close to main historical places and nice shops with carpets etc... Coffee and tea always served in the lobby.
